General Instructions

If you were given a prescription for your test, be sure to bring it with you. We must have a signed order on file. Your referring practitioner may have sent it to us by fax.

Arrive at the specified time to allow for registration and exam preparation. We make every effort to honor your appointment time. Please let us know if you are going to be late or need to reschedule. We will try to accommodate you.

If you have had a prior CT or MRI exam at another center or another imaging test which led to this test, make sure you bring the prior exams with you or have arranged for them to be sent to our facility so we may compare them. Comparing a current exam with a previous study may be very important for assessment of interval treatment or follow-up of an ongoing process. Your report may be delayed if a necessary comparison study is not available at the time of service.

Bring your insurance card(s) or worker’s compensation information.

We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept American Express or Discover.
